Lamphun Street Arts, also known as Wiang Yong Cultural Street, is located near Wat Phra That Hariphunchai. From the Tha Sing Bridge down to Wat Ton Kaeo, this short walking route is colorful, relaxing, and easy to explore. Along the way, visitors can admire murals painted by local artist groups — perfect for strolling, snapping photos, and soaking in the lively charm of the area. The walls are beautifully decorated with adorable paintings of Yong children and scenes that reflect the traditional lifestyle and culture of the Yong people, expressed through drawing, sketching, and colorful art. This street was developed from a community-based creative art concept, connecting local Lanna culture from temples to communities, from communities to schools, and from schools to public spaces for cultural tourism. A highlight that no visitor should miss is taking photos with the beloved mascots Ai Khon Yong and Nong Lamyai, who warmly welcome visitors with their cheerful charm.
