Tha Nang Gate

Tha Nang Gate, also known as the Tha Nang City Wall, is one of the few remaining ancient city gates in Lamphun. Built from laterite and brick in the shape of a bai sema, the gate stands three meters tall. It represents the former prosperity of the Hariphunchai Kingdom and reflects a well-planned and fortified urban layout. A moat once ran alongside the walls, parallel to the Kuang River.
