คุ้มเจ้าจอมแก้วตั้งอยู่ใจกลางเมือง ณ ถนนแว่นคำ หรือหลังศาลากลางจังหวัด เป็นที่พักซึ่งเหมาะสำหรับท่านที่ต้องการความเป็นส่วนตัว มีห้องพักรับรองทั้งหมด ๑๖ ห้อง หน้าคุ้มมีต้นปีบ (กาสะลอง)ผลิดอกร่วงกราวเต็มพื้นหลายต้น ส่วนภายในคุ้มตกแต่งด้วยแมกไม้ไทยนานาพันธุ์ โดยเฉพาะต้นลีลาวดี (ต้นจุ๋มป๋าลาว) ขนาดใหญ่ที่ออกดอกบานสะพรั่งและมีกลิ่นหอมอ่อนในยามค่ำคืน ชวนให้นึกถึงบรรยากาศเฮือนพักริมโขงในเมืองหลวงพระบาง ประเทศลาว...และทุกเช้าจะมีพระสงฆ์ ๔ –๕รูปเดินรับบิณฑบาตผ่านหน้าคุ้มเจ้าจอมแก้วทำให้ผู้มาเยือนได้โอกาสทำทานตั้งแต่เมื่อแรกตื่น หัวใจดวงน้อยจึงอิ่มเอมและพองโตด้วยความสุขเล็กๆ The resort is located on Vankham Rd. and behind the city hall. It’s convenient for guests who want privacy. There are 16 rooms, in front of the resort also has “Ton Peep” (cork tree) that blossom and falls to the ground. In the resort is decorated with Thai varieties of tree especially large Plumeria (Ton Jumpa Lao) which are beautiful, flowers bloom and fragrance in the night. It’s reminiscent to the house along Maekong in Luang Prabang, Laos. In the morning, there are 4 to 5 monks walk to take a food offering to a monk pass the resort. It’s a good opportunity to make merit when you get up. A little heart is full and swelling with small pleasure.
